Dave is the founder and architect of Unbound’s modern and alternative agency model. Identifying the frustration of numerous clients who desired greater intimacy and connection to solving their brand problems – Dave answered the call. Longtime Executive VP at Kansas City’s independent Bernstein-Rein, in addition to tours of duty at top shops in Detroit, New York, and Chicago, his leadership on brands like McDonald’s, Walmart, Hostess, Bayer, Petsmart, H&R Block, and others have paved the way for Unbound’s long run of success. As co-chairman of the 4A’s new business committee, Dave has had the privilege to come to understand the pros and cons of every agency design and configuration. He knows Unbound’s unconventional nature is not for every client —only those who want to slice through atrophied agency methodology, bloated overhead and cut to the chase, hand in hand with passionate strategic specialists, and a liberated pool of hand-picked creative talent. Dave is an advertising maverick, charting a course for client breakthroughs.

She leads her team with a carefully honed media strategy expertise, which believes that bringing consumers and brands together in an insightful and meaningful way can bring truly symbiotic experiences and results. Having worked on local, regional and national brands, she knows that creating innovative and effective campaigns are grounded in analytics and bringing data to life – no matter the geography. She has worked on brands across multiple categories including retail, financial services, casual dining, CPG, animal health and pharmaceuticals. Kelli is a matchmaker in the game of brand and consumer love affairs.

Robert also has an extensive background as an award-winning photographer, FAA certified drone pilot, visual artist, and cinematographer, and this creative toolbox has enabled Robert to operate as a “team of one” in social media management roles in the past. At Unbound, Robert thrives on collaboration and leadership, and he utilizes his creativity to strategically bring concepts, big ideas, and visionary thinking to life. He has his finger on the pulse of rising trends, industry forecasts, and staying ahead of the ever-changing social media landscape.

Working with full-service clients on deep strategic planning has helped bring brands to market across wide-ranging channels. Sarah’s expertise in 1:1 communications culminates specifically in targeted marketing, such as digital, email, social and automated marketing efforts. From homing in on key business objectives and developing compelling customer insights to segmenting marketing efforts and creating solid foundations for impactful creative, Sarah revels in the power of data and the capacity it holds to drive her clients’ businesses. Her vast industry experience includes retail, building & DIY, financial, education, telecom, pet, healthcare, and food & alcohol. Some of Sarah’s favorite clients include Havertys Furniture, Lee Jeans, Sprint, Cerner, Bushnell Golf and Three Dog Bakery. Sarah is a symphonic conductor of the instruments of strategy and communications.
